calcium rich diet
90% of our body's calcium consists of bones and teeth.It is very important to have adequate amount of calcium in our body.
Regular check up
If the bones are weak, when there is pain, calcium and tests are very important. Regular doctor's check-up is very important.If we have 8% of calcium in our body, it means that our body is also deficient in calcium, vitemanD and k2.dactor give you advise and may be eaten some supplement .
Abstain from drugs and substances
