Welcome to my belog .How are you all .I am @roohiasif99 from Pakistan .Today here I am participating this amazing and fruitful contest contest Alert// your favourite Dry fruit for Brain health .This contest organized by @khursheed answer .I am very Thankful to mod and whole healthy steem team to giving me a chance to bring my abilities .

Having an excellent healthy mind is very important for a good healthy body .dry fruit also known dehydrated fruit.now I am telling you about my favourite Dry fruit is walnut and almond both are very important for Brain and over all health .There are some dry fruits that we have to make part of our diet like almonds are walnuts without which we cannot be a healthy person.Because by eating dried fruit, it fills up vitamins and other minerals and in the body where we were feeling the lack, heart, mind and all our things it's over it .

It's anti cancer properties .Men have prostate cancer and women have breast cancer walnut prevent the diseases it's very specially for children growth .Daily walnuts should be eaten by oneself and children should also be fed.It contains Omega 3 which is very important for our body.And with a lack of omega-3, children start talking late and have herring problem.walnut in good fats .Walnuts help in controlling the body's cholesterol levels.its prevent heart diseases It contains antioxidants and vitamin E it's very beneficial for heart patient s.more every it's very beneficial for diabetic patient it's control and reduce sugar level .By using walnuts, our memory improves, our ability to understand thoughts increases, and what is in the mind is strengthened.In my childhood, I was told at home that eat walnuts, walnuts are shaped like brains, it strengthens the brain. Indeed, science has proven that walnuts strengthen the brain.In this way we can say that walnut and olmand is helpful in improving our heart, mind, eyes and even our blood circulation.

Another important dry fruit that plays a very important role in our body is almonds.its very beneficial for our body and brain health .it's prevent heart diseases ,reduce cholesterol level .And it is very helpful to lose weight and prevent obesity.Almonds and walnuts do not contain carbohydrates so try to soak them in water at night and eat them in the morning as this increases their nutritional values.Because almonds and walnuts contain omega-3 fatty acids, which are good for your skin and eyes, if they contain omega-3 fatty acids, they will make you feel better and keep you in a good mood for a long time.And it also helps to strengthen our memory.

How to eat //almonds and walnuts

The best way to eat almonds is to eat them either before breakfast or as a snack between four and five in the evening.Any dry fruit should be eaten, but it should be kept in moderate, eating too much of it can cause harm.The easiest way is to soak it in water at night and eat walnuts or almonds orally.Soaking in water will increase the nutrition and make it more beneficial for the body.As far as eating almonds and walnuts is concerned, it depends on your lifestyle. If you are sedentary, one to two walnuts is plenty for you. If you are very active, it's up to you. If there is more, you can eat three to four .Because it is important not only to eat dried fruit but also to burn it.
