🌟 What is hygiene and why is it important to one's health?
Hygiene can be defined as the act of maintaining cleanliness, in order to prevent germs and diseases. Some of the importances of hygiene include.
Importances of good hygiene
Good health
Good hygiene helps to prevent the entrance of germs into our body, therefore preventing us from failing ill.
Improves relationship with people
Good hygiene improves our self esteem and this helps to attract people to us.
Prevents body and mouth odour
Taking care of our body and oral health will also help to prevent body and mouth odour.
🌟 How does regular hand washing help in preventing illnesses?
Our hands get in contact with many surfaces, phone, door handle, car doors and pens. All this things are breeding place for germs. When we don't wash our hands regularly, we can easily transfer this germs to our mouth, nose, eyes or ears which can cause illness. Regular washing of hands with soap and water will help to prevent this germs from entering our body.
🌟 Tell us two common diseases that can be prevented by practicing good hand hygiene.
Corona virus and dysentery can be prevented through good hand hygiene.
N.B this hand washing will be very effective when we do so with soap.
🌟 What is the importance of keeping our surroundings clean and how cleanliness contributes to overall health and well-being.
The importances of keeping our surroundings clean can not be over emphasized. By keeping our surroundings clean, it will make it inhabitable for reptiles and mosquitoes. It will also help to improve our mood because Cleanliness births happiness.
Some of the ways I observe good hygiene includes
Bathing twice in the day, in the morning and the night.
Brushing my teeth twice in the day, in the morning and the night.
Adequate exercise
Keep my house and surrounding clean
Washing my clothes regularly.
Using anti perspirant.
Using good skin care product devoid of any bleaching agent.
Washing my hands regularly with soap and water.

La higiene es muy importante en nuestra vida diaria, requerimos ducharnos, asearnos, limpiar y sobre todo cepillarnos los dientes.
Hace muchos años tuve problemas con las caries, ahora no dejo un solo día donde no me cepille 3 veces al día después de cada comida. Pienso que las enfermedades nos ayudan a tomar conciencia de nuestro aseo y nuestras acciones.

@rossnenye, You are right that in order to maintain good health, we should keep our house clean. We should take a bath regularly, brush our teeth, use antiperspirants, and wash our hands daily with soap. Hope we will be safe if we follow these rules. Your presentation was Very nice.
