What is really best for our body |

I would prefer water over sports drink anytime, anyday.
Water is a clear, tasteless, odourless liquid that is important for human survival. It is composed of two molecules of Hydrogen and 1 molecule of Oxygen. To me it's more important to sports drink because it quenches taste.
It helps in regulating the body temperature through sweat.
It serves as a channel through which substances are carried to where they're needed in the body.
It helps in the digestion and absorption of nutrients in the body.
It helps in removing waste substance from the body through urine and sweat.
It also helps us to replenish our lost strength after exercise.
If money where no problem, which one would you choose and why |

Even if money was the issue, I would choose water over and over again because it's very essential in the body. We can stay a whole day without money but can't stay a day without water. We use water in cooking, washing clothes, bathing and doing other things.

Even though water is vital for our survival, it aren't enough to keep us healthy. It's not a balanced diet, it's just one out of the six classes of balanced diet. If we should drink only water, we would suffer the deficiency of other diet such as.
Protein: Kwashiorkor, marasmus, stunted growth
Carbohydrate: fatigue, body weakness
Vitamin:Scurvy, night blindness, Ricket
Fat: poor immune function, poor wound healing
Mineral: Muscle cramps, Osteoporosis
So to stay healthy, we need to eat proper meals such as rice, meat, Beans, fish e.t.c.

In conclusion, water is very vital for our survival so always stay hydrated at altimes.
