Bones are important part of f our body that is why we have to look after our bones. We should eat all that things which are beneficial for our bones. Bone health means to the strength and density of bones. This is important for overall well being and movement. It include maintain strong bones, flexible bones that can help the body and stop to fracture of bone. These factors can help to promote bone health like balance diet that has calcium and vitamin D. Weight lift exercise, avoide smoking and over use of alcohol. Bone health is important for prevent conditions like osteoporosis. This also ensure that bones become strong and functional whole life.

Maintenance of bones health is possible by these simple tips.
