Vegetable Curry Recipe With Dried Fish.

The vegetables in this dried fish recipe are our homegrown vegetables. So fresh and formalin-free vegetables are used in this recipe. Vegetable curry with dried vegetables is very tasty. Now these vegetables are produced more in our region. So these vegetables are cooked almost every day in our region with dry food. It is safe to say that this recipe is a common dish during this season in our region.The recipes for cooking in the clay oven are already very tasty.

Method of preparation:

  • First step:

First, cut the beans, beans, and potatoes well. Then wash the tomatoes well and cut them.

  • Second step: Now wash the garlic, onion and green pepper well with clean water and chop.

  • Third step: Now put a pot on the stove and cut the leaves into small pieces and fry them and wash them with hot water.

  • Fourth step: After that I will put a pot on the stove and heat the amount of oil. After that, I will fry the chopped garlic and onion for a while with green chillies.

  • Fifth step : After that, grind it well with turmeric powder, chili powder, salt, dried fish and small amount of water.

  • Sixth step: Now I will grind it with beans and potatoes for a while. When it is grated, I will give the gourd greens

  • Seventh step: After that, I will grind all the vegetables together for a while. After that I will boil it for a while with a small amount of water.

  • Eighth step: Now I will cook for a while with the chopped tomatoes in the curry. After cooking for about 10 to 15 minutes, I will stir it with chopped coriander leaves and take it off the stove.
