At first take my salam'Assalamulaikum' and cordial love. Welcome to my first post on Healthy Steem.Hope all are well by the grace of Almighty Allah. I am so well for your your prayer and the mercy of Almighty Allah. There is a proverb that 'Health is wealth.' Health is the root of all happiness. Without good health ,we can not enjoy our life and all things become meaningless for us.If we want to be health , we have to follow the rules of hygiene . Let's go the main topic.
What is hygiene and why is it important to one's health? |

Hygiene is the practice of keeping one's and one's surroundings clean especially with a view to protecting from illness or the spread of diseases. Hygiene is very important for everyone because it helps to stop one's from getting sick.It also helps stopping one's from spreading germs and infectious diseases.There are many kinds of hygiene .By the following hygiene, we can maintain good health.
How does regular hand washing help in preventing illness? |

Hand washing with soap remove germs from hand.It helps prevent infection because we frequently touch our eyes ,nose and mouth suddenly.Germs can get into our body through eyes ,nose and mouth and make us sick. If we hand wash properly , we can prevent diarrhea, respiratory disease and even may help us prevent skin and eye infection. So, washing hand we can prevent such kinds of illness.

Hand Hygiene
Washing one's hands is one of the easiest habits to practice of preventing the spread of germs to one's eyes, mouth, food and around one's.Any time you can touch garbage, pet animals, sneeze or use restroom, then one,s have to wash his hand properly.
Nail Hygiene
Keeping one's nail clean helps to prevent the spread of germs into one's mouth and the area of body. Trimming one's nails regularly to ensure the good health.it keeps one's from getting sick.
Oral Hygiene
one's is helping to prevent gum disease, cavities and bad breath by brushing and flossing one's teeth. One's should practice to brush twice daily once in the morning and once at night. It can prevent our teeth decay.
Body/Skin/Hair Hygiene
We have to take regular bath.A bath or shower is important to remove away the dead skin cells, bacteria and oils when we practicing good body hygiene. Skin is the largest organ of the body and contain two layer .So, we have to care our skin properly by practicing good hygiene.Hair is another important element . We can maintain hair fall by keeping our hair clean and regular washing.
Foot Hygiene
Fungal organisms love moisture, so keeping your feet clean and dry will help prevent them from thriving .Wear socks to trap away moisture and make sure that your shoes fit properly.By maintaining these rules , you can maintain foot hygiene.
Food Hygiene
Contain food safety practices are used when handling , prepping or storing food to prevent food borne diseases.Make sure to clean your hand before handling food , cooking food to the proper temperature and storing food promptly are ways to practice good food hygiene. Also you wear gloves for food safety . In this way ,you can maintain food hygiene.
Clothing Hygiene
If we wash cloth regularly ,it helps us to remove bacteria, dirt, mites and other infection.By washing clothes regularly ,we can free from various diseases.

Cleanliness is the situation of being devoid of clutter and anythings that are unneeded or unimportant or irrelevant as well as the maintenance and assist our surroundings.It is an important issue that affects all facets of daily life and extends beyond personal hygiene.The cleanliness of our surroundings and selves including our home, offices, give a clear picture of individual and social routine. It increase our Productivity,improve our personality,prevent from diseases,enhance beauty and appeal of objects, promote tourism and so on.In every sphere of life if we want to lead a healthy life ,cleanliness must be needed.It is important for our health and well-being of our life.
