My overall health doesn't depend on following any specific rules. By overall health, I mean eating a balanced diet and managing some daily habits around good health.
Yes, I have made small changes in my life to improve my overall health. For example: - I have included nutritionally balanced foods in my diet every day.
- I made a habit of walking in the morning.
- I introduced the system of going to bed on time and waking up in the morning.
- Trying to avoid outside food completely.
- I used to smoke a lot. Now I am free from that bad habit. By making small changes like this, I am improving my health.

I take care of myself physically and mentally every day. For example: -
- Physically: -
- I have made it a habit to walk for 30 minutes every morning even though I have reduced my waking up.
- I have created a list of foods based on good health.
- I refrained from eating stale rotten food.
- I said no to fast food.
- Avoided eating spicy food and oily food.
- Mentally: -
- I follow certain rules to stay mentally healthy.
- I try not to let any worry attack me.
- If I feel tired, I try to keep myself cheerful among everyone.
- At least one day a week, I try to visit somewhere with my family.
- Always try to maintain a happy atmosphere in the house.
This is how I keep myself mentally stimulated.

Exercising is very necessary to keep the body healthy. I wake up every morning and walk for at least 1/2 hour. Then I get back home and do several sit-ups and start my daily activities by completing some light exercises. I can't afford to exercise with any heavy equipment. So I exercise to the best of my ability to keep my body healthy.

Various kinds of stress can come into people's lives. There is no way to deny it. Because managing it is our main job. When stress comes into my life, I try to accept it easily.
Also, follow some healthy rules. For example, I take the help of beams to divert my mind and often take the help of meditation.
In short, whatever stress comes to him, he has to deal with it simply and healthily.
✅How important is nutrition to you and how do you make healthy eating choices? |

Healthy and nutritious food options for a healthy body and a healthy mind. No. In the absence of nutritious food, the body will not get the necessary elements to stay healthy. As a result, various diseases occur in the body. Various problems related to malnutrition occur. For this reason, eating nutritious food is a must.
So that I don't get nutritionally deficient, I prepare my diet with nutrients in mind. For example,
- I include vegetables in my diet every day to get the vitamins I need.
- I have some kind of fish every day to make up for my protein deficiency.
- I eat two meals of rice. As a result, the lack of carbohydrates is removed.
- Also, I keep a small amount of milk, eggs, and seasonal fruits in my daily diet.
I believe that with the diet that I follow, I will not suffer from any nutritional problems and I will be able to lead a healthy life.
