AIDS is the most dangerous disease in the world. AIDS is so terrible that it leads people to death with physical suffering. Before discussing about AIDS, let's see what is AIDS.
AIDS is the most severe form of HIV infection where the immune system is severely compromised. The immune system becomes ineffective. The body can no longer fight any disease.
I am aware of this dreaded disease. HIV is mainly responsible for AIDS. HIV is infected for various reasons. For example: -

• Unprotected Sex: -
  Having unprotected sex without a condom with an HIV-infected patient causes HIV.
• By sharing syringes: -
  The disease is caused by sharing needles or syringes that have been used by a patient with HIV.

• Through mother: -
  A mother with HIV transmits HIV through her pregnancy, or through breastfeeding to her baby.
  Once HIV disease enters the body, it attacks the body's cd4 cells and weakens the immune system.
  This HIV disease gradually causes the deadly disease called AIDS. AIDS is the end stage of HIV where the number of cd4 cells in the body drops below 200 per cubic millimeter.

The immunity of his body starts to get exhausted. Various symptoms appear. Such as: -

• Lose weight quickly.
• Almost feverish
• The lymph nodes become swollen
• Sores occur in the mouth, anus, or genitals
• Memory declines.
• In short, AIDS leads a healthy person to death with chronic pain.

AIDS is a deadly disease. No matter how big and serious the disease is, people still have the desire to live. Therefore, even if the fatal disease AIDS is diagnosed, treatment must be taken. Below are some of its treatment methods.

• Antiretroviral therapy: -
• In the early stages of the disease, ART is given to the patient. It reduces the viral load to undetectable levels.
• ART helps restore the immune system by reducing the viral load and maintaining a high cd4 count.
• Physiotherapy and counseling with a doctor should be done on time.
• ART helps prevent the progression of AIDS.
• A patient with AIDS should follow the rules prescribed by the doctor under the supervision of an experienced doctor at all times.

• Taking steps to prevent AIDS is more important than treating AIDS.
• We can take some steps to prevent AIDS, such as:-
• Making safe sex habits. For this, we can use condoms regularly
• Can avoid sexual contact with many women.
• Stay away from the touch of AIDS patients.
• We need to have a better understanding of safe sex education.
• The horrors of this disease should be highlighted in front of everyone by conducting various public awareness programs and seminars.
• The blood should be properly tested during blood donation and blood collection.
• HIV patients should stay away from used needles, injections

We have to remember that we hate AIDS but not AIDS patients. We also have to take care of AIDS patients so that they can spread this disease to others. They should be given good treatment with the help of specialized doctors in certain places.
