∞🔸∞Before discussing dehydration, let's take a look at what is dehydration. Dehydration is a condition of the body when the body lacks the water it needs. This water shortage is caused by various reasons. For example: - less water is consumed than the amount of water required by the body or in extreme heat the body sweats and the water leaves the body. In this case, the body gets tired. If dehydration occurs, a lot of water should be taken in the initial stage. If necessary, a doctor should be consulted.

According to me, there is no specific time to suffer from dehydration. Anyone can suffer from dehydration at any time. However, the tendency of dehydration is more common during summer. During this time, the heat is very high, due to heat, the body sweats, and the water that is very necessary for the body is released and dehydration is created. Therefore, you have to drink more water during summer so that the body does not become dehydrated.
Dehydration also occurs during winter. Due to the cold, we consume water. Then there is a shortage of water required for the body and dehydration occurs.

Due to the lack of water in the body, different dehydration occurs in the body of each person. Dehydration is not the same for everyone. Again, the symptoms of dehydration are not the same for everyone. However, the symptoms that appear when dehydration occurs are: -
Feeling thirsty: - The first sign of dehydration is the thirst for water. Thirst for water is a sign that the body needs water. If you feel thirsty, you should understand that there is a lack of water in your body.
Dark yellow urine: -If there is a lack of water in the body, the urine turns yellow. If this condition occurs, it should be understood that the water vacuum in the body is very high.
Dry mouth: -Another symptom of dehydration is dry eyes, mouth, or phlegm.
Fatigue: -Lack of water fills the body with fatigue.
An early symptom of dehydration is dizziness or lightheadedness.
In addition, various symptoms of dehydration may appear. When dehydration occurs in the body, immediate action should be taken. For example: -
Dehydrate: - If dehydration occurs, first drink enough water. Also, eat saline.
Liquid foods should be eaten. Especially foods that contain more water should be eaten. Such as watermelon, cucumber, etc.
In case of dehydration, physical exertion should be suspended and rest should be taken for a while.
Alcohol should be avoided if dehydration occurs.
If it is seen that the dehydration is not reducing after doing all these, then the doctor should be consulted urgently.

- Dehydration is generally of three types.
- Mild dehydration
- Moderate dehydration. Severe dehydration
Mild dehydration:- mild dehydration, the body usually feels thirsty, the body feels weak and the urine is dark. If these symptoms appear, they can be removed by drinking enough water.
Moderate dehydration:-When it occurs, the upper symptoms are nausea, dizziness, and a sticky face. If this problem occurs, you should eat fruits with saline water along with water.
Severe dehydration:-This is an extreme state of dehydration. When it occurs, the symptoms mentioned above include vomiting, frequent diarrhea, abdominal pain, etc.
Now I am referring to a real incident.
About seven years ago, my wife had severe dehydration. I was not successful with the initial treatment. When the condition became serious, I was admitted to a famous diarrhea hospital in Bangladesh at a distance of about 100 km at night. The hospital authorities gave treatment.
After about 8 hours, my wife Got a little better. The doctor only allowed me to eat soft rice with raw banana filling. Also, take their medicine. Alhamdulillah after 24 days my wife came back home fully recovered.
