🙂How do you fight fatigue
We have to keep ourselves busy with various tasks all the time. While doing all these tasks, we often get tired mentally and physically. Then it becomes essential to remove our fatigue or deal with fatigue. The things we should do at that time are: -
- Get enough sleep
- Hydrate or drink plenty of water throughout the day,
- Eat nutritious food.
- You can do physical exercise.
- Staying in the fresh air for a while can help relieve body fatigue.
- Physical fatigue can be relieved through meditation.
- Entertainment can be arranged to stimulate the mind.
- If this method is not possible to fight fatigue, then we can deal with fatigue by taking the advice of a specialist doctor.
🙂What activity makes you the most tired
We do different types of work throughout the day. Not all work is enjoyable. We often do things that make me the most tired. For example: -
- Tired office work: -
I work in a private company. I have to do desk work for 8 hours in this company. I have to do the same type of work every day. so this work has become monotonous. Now this work seems to me without variety. Besides, I get tired while working for 8 hours straight, I wait for the day when I will get a break from this tiring work.

- Tired work at home: -
At home, I usually help my wife with all the work, but when it is time to wash the clothes, I do not move forward. I find this work very tiring and boring. Besides, I do all the work with joy.
🙂 When you sleep, do you wake up feeling energized or tired?
I am a middle-aged man. I work a long day. I work in the office and at home all day and go to bed with a tired body. To remove this fatigue from my body, I usually sleep for 7 hours. Then when I wake up, my body feels refreshed. I can start working with new enthusiasm.
But for some reason, if I don't get enough sleep or can't sleep, I get even more tired. I become irritable, I don't feel like working, and I feel lazy.
So, whether my body feels refreshed or tired after waking up depends on how much sleep I get at night. Sometimes I feel refreshed when I wake up and sometimes, I feel tired when I wake up.
🙂 What do you do to get rid of fatigue?
I am a struggling person. I am responsible for everyone in the family, and I have to work a lot to fulfill that responsibility. Then naturally, fatigue consumes me. The things I do to get rid of this fatigue are:-
- When I feel very tired, I take instant energy drinks. Or take ORS. It refreshes me immediately.So that fatigue does not attack me,
- I drink a lot of water.
- I eat nutritious food.
- I try to get enough sleep.
- I often spend time in the open air on the balcony or roof to refresh myself after work.
- A river flows by my house. I often sit by the river and relieve my fatigue.
- Apart from that, I exercise for a certain time every day, which also makes my mind and body healthy.
To relieve fatigue, I usually do the above things.
🙂 How do you think fatigue affects your health?
Fatigue gradually takes a person to the brink of unhealthy and illness. It has many effects on the body. For example: -
- Chronic fatigue reduces the body's ability to fight diseases. Then the rate of being sick increases.
- Prolonged fatigue leads to high blood pressure and heart disease.
- A tired body cannot create a good atmosphere in the family. As a result, there is constant unrest in the family.
- A tired body weakens a person's memory.
- When you move around with a tired body, it is often not possible to concentrate. As a result, there is a possibility of an accident.
- A tired body does not get motivated to do any work. As a result, laziness prevails in work.
