Health is wealth, we constantly strive to keep health good. I also consider my health and my lifestyle is based on health. Today I am presenting to you the food list that I have prepared to maintain the health of myself and my family.

Morning time:-
  • Water: -
    I wake up in the morning wash my hands and drink water. Another name for water is life. There are many benefits of drinking this water. Like-
  • Water is needed to regulate body temperature.
  • We need water to digest the food we consume every day.
  • Water is needed to maintain the body's dehydration process, so water is needed for many purposes.

  • Morning Walk: -
    After drinking water, I go out for a morning walk. I am in the habit of walking for at least 1/2 hour every morning. This walk helps a lot to keep my body fresh.
  • Matha: -
    At the end of the walk, I drink a glass of Matha just before returning home. Mata made with milk makes the digestion process of the body much easier.

    Every day I take two flour breads in the morning. Flour bread is made from wheat. It is a nutritious food. Wheat contains a lot of-
  • Carbohydrates
  • Protein
  • Vitamin B1, Vitamin B2, Vitamin B3, Vitamin B9
  • Contains various minerals like-Iron, magnesium, phosphorus, zinc
  • In addition, antioxidants are healthy fats and water. All these elements help us maintain good health.

  • Vegetables: -
    I chose Mixed vegetables for eating bread. This item of vegetables is made with a mixture of various vegetables. It contains all the seasonal vegetables including potato, papaya, potato, chichinga, carrot, and carrot. vegetables means a combination of various vitamins. I keep the presence of that factory on my food list. By this, a balance of nutrients is always present in the food. By the grace of God, due to this reason, neither I nor anyone in my family faces vitamin deficiency.

    I have a boiled egg in my daily diet, especially for breakfast. Egg is a nutrient-rich food. Nutrients found in it are: -
  • Protein-Egg contains 9 amino acids which are enough to remove one's protein deficiency.
  • Egg contains vitamin A, vitamin D, vitamin E, vitamin K, and other vitamins.
  • Eggs play a very effective role in increasing body immunity, increasing eyesight, bone growth, and strengthening bones. That's why I and my family members do not stop eating eggs.

  • Vuna khichuri:-
    Bhuma Khichuri is cooked with a combination of Bhuna Khichuri-Polao Chaul, and Mugdal. It is a delicious dish. It is also very nutritious food.
    Both rice and dal are protein-rich foods. There is no substitute for rice to satisfy hunger. Especially in our country rice is the staple food. Also, rice contains carbohydrates, vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, water, healthy fats and calories. All these elements are necessary for the body. Eating roasted khichuri Through I fulfills those needs of my body.

  • Beef Liver: -
    Beef liver is one of the most nutritious and healthy foods. This food contains high levels of protein which helps the body to grow, repair, and prevent diseases.
  • The liver is rich in vitamins. It helps to improve eyesight and keep the skin fresh.
  • It contains different types of mineral elements. Such as iron, zinc, phosphorus, selenium, magnesium, and other elements. They play a special role in the transport of oxygen and energy in our body's blood.
  • In addition, iron helps in the formation of red blood cells, and zinc in the immune function, in the treatment of acne.
  • Cow's liver is rich in cholesterol, which plays a special role in the production of the hormone vitamin D and bile acids.

Night time:-

Also, at night I eat a small amount of rice and lentils. These are also nutritious food. Finally, I take some medicines at night. I am under the care of a cardiologist. I follow my diet as per his advice. According to him, I take medicine every night. Taking this medicine helps a lot to keep my body healthy.

We can keep our beautiful bodies healthy by consuming healthy and moderate amounts of food. Unhealthy food, irregular food, and excessive food do not benefit our body but destroy the body. Therefore, it is very important to take healthy food to maintain the health of the body. .
