👉 What can be done to avoid getting sick, what tips you can follow to stay safe and have a healthy winter

In my country Bangladesh it is now the beginning of winter. There is still some time left for the winter to fall completely. So I have taken various steps to avoid this illness in the upcoming winter. Nowadays I see many people around me who have cold problem. Also, many people should be alert during this time. To have a safe winter we must follow some healthy tips. So I present below how we can avoid winter sickness:

  • First of all when we have a common cold cough in winter our nose is blocked sneeze and we feel a slight fever in our body. So we should wear warm clothes in the morning and at night to avoid this problem.
  • Besides, I always use lukewarm water while bathing.

  • I have sinus problems. So at the beginning of winter I get sinus problems. So I take menthol 3x a week to avoid this problem.

  • People with asthma in particular should stay outside less during the winter. Because the patients have to suffer from these problems due to the dust outside.

  • Finally, our skin gets very dry during winter. Due to which we should use moisturizer to remove the roughness of the skin.

👉 What is healthy food, medicine or food in winter (local or artificial)

It is very important to maintain healthy food and medicine in winter. I believe that food regulates our body temperature. So we should list our food list in winters like that. So that we can stay physically and mentally healthy. I am presenting below what can be our healthy food and medicine during winter.

  • Due to the cold weather in winter, our tendency to drink water is reduced, which leads to problems like constipation and dehydration. So we should drink hot water more than cold water in winter. Apart from this, the juice of seasonal fruits can be consumed.
  • Another virtue of winter is fresh vegetables. Winter vegetables contain a lot of antioxidants and fiber which are very beneficial for our body and skin.

  • Tulsi leaves can be eaten to boost our immune system in winter. Because this tulsi leaf is very effective as a herbal medicine. I eat it with tea or soup during winter.

👉What kind of clothes are needed in winter?

In winter, we should wear clothes that can control body temperature. The clothes must be of thick and heavy quality that keeps the body warm and protected from the cold temperatures outside. I would suggest wearing woolen clothes in winter.

Because wool helps a lot in maintaining temperature. So by keeping our body warm it protects our body from cold weather. Also I wear woolen socks at night while sleeping. Because in winter our body is hot but our feet remain cold. That's why I would suggest that one should wear socks while sleeping. I wear woolen sweaters most of the time in the winter. I also have many heavy fabric body sheets to use. They give us a lot of comfort in winters and keep us protected from cold.

👉 Mention the health problems caused by winter

Various health problems arise in winter. If we are not careful at the beginning of the winter then everyone can face health problems. Below I mention all the health problems due to winter :

  • Cold, Cough and Fever : It is a common disease during winter. Which I think happens to everyone in winter. Especially those who wander around in the winter unwary. Viral infections also occur in the respiratory tract.

  • Pneumonia : Pneumonia is a deadly complaint during winter. Pneumonia is one of the leading causes of death in children in our country. further children and older are affected by this disease in winter.

  • Asthma : Asthma is more aggravated in winter. Due to which asthma patients should take precautions during winter.

  • Sinusitis : Sinusitis is common among people during winters. I am having the same problem myself for 2 weeks. In winter I try to protect myself from cold as much as possible.

  • Skin Diseases : We all know that our skin becomes dry during winter due to low humidity. Due to which our skin slowly breaks. At this time, if proper treatment is not done, there is a possibility of skin diseases like eczema, scabies.
