Hello my dear friends, how are you? I hope all of the members of this wonderful community will be fine and all will be healthy and happy in thier lives. I am also fine and healthy and happy by the grace of Allah. Today again welcome to my nee post. Today i will write my new post gor healthy steem community. So, let's start writing post about human liver.
What do you understand by healthy liver?
A healthy liver is very essential and important for overall well-being because it's function are very important in our body such as, removes toxins, waste, and harmful substances from the body. Liver have a very big role in metabolismb reactions of our. A healthy liver can be a sing of good health, energy and vitality, clear skin and hair, proper digestion and bowel function, control cholesterol levels and normal blood sugar levels and good mental clarity and focus.
write some common tips to have healthy liver.
A healthy human liver is very important for a healthy and happy life and there are so many common tips to have a healthy liver such as, Dietary changes and eat antioxidant-rich foods for example fruits and vegetables. For this garlic, turmeric, ginger, and green tea is very best for our liver. Drink plenty of water in a day. Another hand do exercise regularly minimum 30 minutes of a day and maintain your body weight etc.
Give any example of health problem due to liver dis function?
There are many examples of health problems caused by liver dis function we have such as, fatigue and weakness of our body, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting, diarrhea or constipation, problem of skin itching, hair loss and memory problems. It can be a cause of diabetes, obesity high blood pressure, high cholesterol level and kidney disease.
