All the foods we eat every day are part of a balanced diet.
Our bodies need adequate amounts of vitamins, water and salt, and these are all included in a balanced diet.

Bad food like fast food, cola drinks, extra fat food, fried food are bad for health.
Eating them increases body health and accumulates body fat which starts causing various diseases in the body. It reduces body strength day by day.
On the other hand, eating fruits, vegetables, sea fish, milk, eggs, and dates increases the energy of the body. Also increases immunity. And this food can keep the body fit. So much disease is less in the body.

Because it will help me to keep good health and get rid of diseases. Every person should be careful about their health. Especially it is seen that diabetes, heart problems, and high blood pressure are increasing in our homes.
So I am food-conscious and health-conscious. Eating a balanced diet boosts immunity and keeps me healthy. So I eat a balanced diet.

I used to eat raw chickpeas every morning. Besides, I used to eat milk, eggs, sea fish fish oil, and fruits. I ate dates every day. It made me very strong. Along with that, I did some physical work. I used to eat a lot of vegetables. Stay away from palm oil, salt, sugar, and fatty foods. Within a few days, I brought my body under control.
