The aroma that fills the air as the leaves infuse is incredibly comforting in itself. After allowing the tea to steep for a brief period, I proceed to strain it and consume it while it remains at an optimal temperature. In addition to its pleasing taste, I have observed certain favourable impacts on my overall well-being.
