🫤 How do you deal with fatigue?

It is a simple thing, I do not like the work that makes me tired, I have always preferred the work that does not require much effort. And secondly, nature has given us a quality that whatever kind of work we do or want to do, nature molds us according to that.

Like a laborer does not get tired even after working hard all day. Because he and his body get used to that physical labor.

That is why I believe that we should also do our daily tasks according to our habitual nature, if we try to do any work against our natural form, then definitely it will have an adverse effect on our body or we will feel tired. That is why I always try to avoid the work that makes me tired or even if I have to do it, I do it after taking rest in between.

🫤Which activity makes you most tired?

I have not done much physical work in my life and being a government officer I have mostly sat in an air conditioned office and done white color jobs, that is why I never had to do any physical work.

That is why now whenever I have to do any physical work or walk on a hill or climb stairs, I get tired. That is why I try to avoid such work.

🙂 When you sleep, do you wake up energetic or tired?

Except for the occasional example, I always feel energetic after waking up. At least 7 hours of sound sleep is very important in our life. While sleeping, our body's immune system works to repair the damaged tissues while working, and also makes our tired body and mind healthy.

If we keep working without sleeping, we may suffer from many diseases or mental problems. That is why good doctors advise to sleep for some time in between work even during the day.

🙂 What do you do to get rid of tiredness?

I have many ways to get rid of tiredness, the first way is that I leave all work for some time and sit on my bed and relax and during this time I either sleep for some time or watch a cricket match or a favorite movie on television.

Apart from this, to get rid of tiredness, I also drink a cup of coffee or tea which reduces my tiredness to a great extent.

Another beautiful way to get rid of my tiredness is that I like to look at flowers and that is why I look at my small flower pots. The last way is that sometimes I drink about 100 ml of good quality whiskey at night which makes my body and mind cheerful and brings a new kind of energy in me.

🙂 How do you think fatigue affects your health?

Yes, too much fatigue can harm my health at any time. We all need to balance our fatigue to keep our health normal. I am also one of them. Whenever I have worked beyond my physical capacity, fatigue affects my physical health. And as a result, I have also fallen ill. It has also had an adverse effect on my digestive system.

Due to not taking timely rest, I start feeling dizzy, getting dark before my eyes, not being able to see properly, getting irritable. Apart from this, I start complaining of constipation, body pain, getting angry without any valid reason.

And if not taken care of on time, then these can also become the cause of a major and serious disease.

No sentir cansancio es casi inevitable... Las diversas actividades que debemos realizar durante el día siempre van a ser demandantes, pero el lado positivo de todo es que; al descansar o dedicar uno o dos días de descanso nos podemos reponer.

It is almost inevitable to not feel tired... I do not agree with this in your case, I see that you work the whole day without getting tired, maybe that is why God has made you great. I have not seen a single person on this platform before or till now who responds immediately to any invitation or definitely responds. But you have this quality and I pray to God to keep you like this.

Saludos amigo tienes mucha razón lo mejor para combatir el cansancio es dormir siestas en el día luego de nuestras jornadas de trabajo así el cuerpo de va recuperando poco a poco
