I Hope you all are well. I am also fine by the grace of Allah.Every engagement contest this week is awesome. So today I'm back to participate in this wonderful engagement challenge hosted by the Healthy Steem community. The name of this challenge is CONTEST: Health a free right!.So I will discuss this topic in detail. So let's get started, stay with me.

🏥 What do you understand by free public health?

As a citizen of my country of Bangladesh, according to what I know, access to health care is the right of the rich and the poor. Health care is open to all. In any government institution, there is a right for everyone to count the number of columns for head of health services.

Since we have upazila health complexes, I think we should provide free health services or provide services in these. People can get sick anytime and can go to health complex anytime and get treatment free of cost. Especially if I get as much as I need to treat myself free of charge from the hospital, I consider that to be free health care. For example, our hospital distributes various types of medicine free of charge between 1st and 5th of every month. Everyone benefits from getting the medicines. These health services are approved by our government.

🏥Is health in your country a free, semi-free service or do you have to pay to acquire it?

You need to buy a ticket to see medicine or doctor in a government institution. For example, in any government hospital in our country, if you want to get medicine for free, then you have to buy a ticket by paying 10 taka or 15 taka. Then wait in line for a while to take the medicines. And if you see a doctor for any disease then you have to do the same thing you have to cut the ticket and spend some time to tell the doctor about your diagnosis problem.

The difference is that government institutions have a low cost charge and private institutions have a high cost charge. Let's say another thing if you go for any kind of examination in a government institution then it will cost less money. And it will cost more money to get tested in a private hospital. There is also a little difficulty in government institutions like all institutions do not conduct all types of tests in hospitals, they have to be done in private hospitals.

If you want to recover quickly, you need to get treatment in a private hospital. Private hospitals require a lot of money but you can recover very quickly. If the government hospital will cost you Rs 500 and the private hospital will cost Rs 3000 to diagnose that disease.

🏥 ¿Public hospitals in your country have the medical services and supplies necessary to care for patients?

According to my knowledge, the treatment in the government hospitals of our country is good, but there are differences in all the government hospitals, the same treatment and facilities are not available. But I am in our upazila health complex i.e. government hospital we have very good facilities in this place where we can get treatment. There are some government hospitals that provide very good treatment. I repeat in all government hospitals but same treatment is not given.

In our upazila, the government hospital has various types of equipment and treatment centers. Government hospitals have a large number of patients who are admitted and treated in government hospitals because they are benefited. We have many reputed hospitals in Bangladesh. Such as Bangabandhu Sheikh Mujib Medical University is the best government hospital in Bangladesh, Dhaka Medical College Hospital, Sir Salimullah Medical College Mitford Hospital etc., the institutions in Bangladesh are very organized and provide good treatment.
