We all probably know more or less how important our regular hand washing habit is for ourselves, and if we teach frequent hand washing in our family, then we can instill this habit in our little children. They, too, will wash their hands at a young age. Through our hands, we can protect ourselves from diseases, germs, and epidemics.
Various diseases enter our bodies through our hands, and we make our bodies dirty the most, so first of all, we should clean our hands. Should we wash our hands first? Then, we should focus on all other activities.

By regular hand washing, we can protect ourselves from various germs entering our body and also from diseases. I am mentioning two diseases below.
The first disease that I am presenting here is the coronavirus. The first and foremost way to protect us from the pandemic that swept our world two years ago was by washing our hands. I prevented others' germs from coming to me.
The second disease that I will mention is blood dysentery. In Bangladesh, there are different types of blood dysentery in people, and other kinds of germs enter the human body through these hands. And when these germs enter the human body through the nose and mouth, dysentery diarrhea starts. From there, blood dysentery starts, which is a very terrible and deadly disease through which the blood of the body comes out of the body. If this disease is not treated quickly, many of the patients get out of death, and the patient becomes very weak.

We all should keep our indoor and outdoor environments clean. We should sweep and clean our house every day. The bathroom we use every day should also be cleaned with antiseptic. Therefore, we also need to keep the environment outside the house clean because if the outside climate is not kept clean, we have the possibility of getting dengue fever through Aedes and dengue mosquitoes. Hence, we need to clean different types of weeds and the environment outside the house completely. In this way, we can maintain good health and keep ourselves healthy.
Finally, I will say that we must think about the health of our interests, be clean, and teach the children of the house to keep the house clean from an early age so that they will also be protected from various diseases and their home environment will be pleasing. We should all save ourselves and our environment by washing our hands and cleaning multiple things.
