The receipe that I am going to mention here today is the Beef with Bute Dal.
It is a great recipe because we almost get bored of eating the Eid Qurbani beef when we make a different recipe of beef with different types of pulses.
After that, the boot dal should be boiled well and mixed with the beef, then some dry powdered masala should be added there,
then all the ingredients should be mixed and cooked well.
one Spoon fried bhunajira and sprinkled then we have to wait for the bolog to rise and then it is ready.
My recipe for Bute dal with beef is very delicious.
This recipe is very good to eat with hot rice and best of all to eat with roti and porota.
We can eat pulses which are very healthy for us and very tasty to eat.

I try to make my meals in a healthy way almost every day because eating unhealthy food can make us sick and I do like that variety of pulses and vegetables. I try to keep it in my diet daily and also along with fish and meat I will keep eggs in my diet daily which act as extra nutritional support for our body also today I have beef it is a great of source protein we get protein from beef. And pulses help keep our body healthy and play a major role in making all our food easily digestible.

Nowadays, we all follow healthy rules to keep ourselves more or less healthy. Eating and drinking regularly in the morning and having an egg in the morning is a must in our diet. Also, protein and mineral-rich foods like vegetables and fish should be added to our diet in the afternoon and the evening. Time must include some fruit foods in our list half an hour to one hour of meditation helps our body to be much stronger and neater also we can get eight hours of sleep to our body at night by which our body mind mood and head will be healthy and we will feel very peaceful with all these rules and habits. Depending on how I control my daily routine.
