I had a dream this morning which shows I left the house without brushing. This caused a lot of discomfort to those around me and subsequently myself.... Can you imagine that? Hahahaaaah... Having a good health state in and out really builds confidence and joy to oneself. Many are ignorant to their hygiene which I think we can help them understand and improve it
