Good day beloved steemains in the house and I'm also sending my regards to each and every one of you going through my article, it is always my pleasure sharing my post in this great community.

Basically this week topic is indeed a nice one, I will proceed with the main objective of the contest below.

What are some common ways that communicable diseases are spread among people?

Firstly we need to know the meaning of communicable disease, I will say that they are those disease that can be easily be transmitted from one person to another.

There are some many ways this disease can spread among people, one of them contaminated surface like razor blade, for example if someone is having a virus in his system and probably you used the same razor blade the person used, unfortunately you will be infected with the same virus.

Secondly is what we call insect bites, this one is most recommended by many of us, through mosquitoes you can easily contact this disease whereby leading to what we call malaria.

How can good hygiene practices help prevent the spread of communicable diseases?

Yes for me good hygiene helps a lot in the aspect of this disease, one major way it helps is that when ever your soroundings are kept well clean you will see that there will be less of flying insect.

Secondly is that the air will not be polluted in as causing some harmful sickness in the body system.

Why is it important for individuals to seek medical help if they suspect they have a communicable disease?

Well it is always right for you to meet a medical professionals which is the doctor any time you sence that you are infected with any disease consigning communicable because it grows gradually, for example if someone is infected with HIV and they person didn't say anything about it it will directly lead to ADIS , which the disease can't be treated.

And we should no that prevention is better than cure, also by so doing we get to know more about our immune system.

Can you think of examples of communicable diseases and how they have impacted communities?

Yes I have one in mind, which is known as COVID-19 basically this disease is been contacted from the air and can easily kill some one if not handled seriously.

It has impacted my community and many countries in the world, that it also killed millions of people in the process, mean while you can contact it through hand shake through staying in the crowd.

After some time they medical professionals finds out a way to prevent this disease, by staying in a social distancing and by washing of hands with sanitizer to avoid contacting it at any moment.

How do public health measures like vaccinations and quarantine help control the spread of communicable diseases?

This is one way disease can also wave out, according to the world health organization vaccine helps a lot on boosting the immune system to fight against any virus as regards to communicable disease.

Where's quarantine helps in restricting people from coming out of there homes in other to contact the problem at hand.

It is also makes people believe that they matter is been treated, and the should not think twice .
