Let's discuss the issue of water first. I have a liking for drinking water and I realized that in recent times as we are in the dry season, I can afford to have about 10 sachet water in a day. It is still economical to use sachet water here as the health threat it poses is better than not drinking water that is not treated at all. What I do is go to the factory where I get the water from, see how it is done and I order more than ten bags of twenty sachet water each. When I don’t drink a that lot is doing of when wrong water I some in thought where. a to day myself I when don’t I feel was very seeing energetic how and much water I drink may be I am

As a human's body mass consists of 60% water, we can easily claim how essential water is to human life. Water intercellularly includes with body synthesis of different electrolytes in varying proportions which creates either a positive or negatively charged ion that ends up controlling our internal system particularly the electricity inside the body which is involved in many activities like muscle movement when walking or lifting, thought processes, all other functioning of the body including directing nutrients to the appropriate part of the body that requires them.

That is why having less of water in the body which can lead to dehydration is dangerous since it results in loss of electrolytes in the body which affects all the organs in the body. However, in this light, having too much water can also be dangerous to the body as it can cause water overdose which results to death. There was a radio competition that led to the death of a woman and this was due to water intoxication. It is not only radio water competitions that can lead to death, also people who participate in a marathon and are very eager to drink a lot of water that they can get may find themselves in the hospital or even in a coffin.

When water intake becomes a danger to the body then this is called hyponatremia this is due to lack of salt in the body which results from dilution of the blood and the electrolytes in the body are as good as being absent. You start wondering what the function of the kidneys is; they are doing their work but still they are unable to filter the water efficiently and it starts to accumulate in the cells that make up the body and leads to the swelling of the cells.

This swelling can be easily seen in the brain as the brain cells are highly sensitive to swelling and this leads to a condition called cerebral oedema which may cause fits, coma and even death. Over hydration is a type of death syndrome that present the same symptoms as dehydration since they are both characterized by electrolyte imbalance.
