Well, since I'm not a victim of this, I don't know how it feels like to be suffering from it. But at least, I've heard from affected individuals, how uncomfortable they feel with it.

Causes of Acne

Genetics:
Most times, some persons are affected severely with acne due to generic factors.
When you know for sure that acne can be hereditary, you will not always panic in surprise when you have them. Because either of ones parents may have had it or still has it.But, that doesn't doesn't mean you should disregard its preventive/management measures.

During puberty, pregnancy, or menstrual cycles, can increase oil production in the skin, leading to clogged pores, which is the acne we're talking about here.

Additionally, diet, stress, certain medications, and skincare products can all exacerbate acne symptoms.

Prevention

Maintaining a consistent skincare routine that includes gentle cleansing, exfoliation, and moisturizing can help keep the skin clean and free of excess oil. Avoiding harsh skincare products, excessive makeup, and touching or picking at the skin can also help prevent acne flare-ups.

Maintaining a healthy diet, staying hydrated, getting enough sleep, and managing stress levels can all contribute to improved skin health and reduced acne symptoms.
