What we eat that decide which condition of our health.Now I explained it in simple words we all want to eat fast foods which are very dangerous to our health and sometime we not realize it in young age but after some years we realize it.I was addict of fast food in some previous years and I gain weight that cause me some health issues in breathing at a very young age then I start to drink black coffee and I drink it in my breakfast but I never suggest to drink black coffee in breakfast because it is enriched of caffeine and after some time I also addiction of it.Then I realize that I has some options in my breakfast,lunch and dinner.Then I bought white oats and it mix in hot milk with corn flakes thats taste is so yummy and amazing.
This is highly energetic healthy and no side effects and everyone eat it not demand any age group.1 year baby also eat it and 100 year old also eat it.
One myth about it who eat this gain weight after sometime.But I eat it before some months and not gain any further weight but if you lose weight then I suggest to use it without any sugar.We all do somethings whole day some do job some goes to school and doing multiple things whole day thats why it is very healthy for all working and weak people.
I drink coffee at 11AM
In lunch I eat kbaab mostly because I loved it and sometimes I eat 6 to 8 spoon rice with chicken.
In dinner I eat Roti with salon because I work till late night and this become me energetic and I don't lose my weight nowadays so this routine makes me healthy.With this i eat every kind of fruit whole day because I'm very foody so sometime I used milkshake instead of fruit.
My sleeping pattern is not good because my work is so extended and I try to complete it as soon as possible so thats why when I feel lazy and tired then I goes to sleep and mostly I take 8 hours sleep at any time because if I don't take good sleep then whole day I feel lazy and tired.
The best method which I adopt that is exercise because when you exercise then you tired physically and sleep good.The second method is start counting when you try to sleep because our mind bored with repeating then our brain feel tired and you sleep good.
I do yoga and stretches and I love this I do this for 1 hour daily and this is best and this habit develop from my father because my father has habit to walk.And now this is so active Mashallah.And if people cross 45 then they should want to love themselves and start walk or exercise daily.If they not manage time then they start gym because it manage your time.
I do yoga on a daily basis in the morning and listen to affirmation in the morning which is better for me in mental health and the main thing that I'm Muslim and I pray 5 times in a day which makes me mentally strong and peaceful and recite Quran Daily.
