In your country, what types of ancient medicine do they practice?
In my area, precisely in Aceh Province, the ancient treatment that is still trusted by society today is the Rajah (Ruqiyah) treatment.
This method is widely used by trusted people, and not just anyone can do it using the Rajah method (Aceh language). This ancient method is used to cure illnesses by reading verses from the Koran and blessings on people who are sick, whether they are sick or not. medically and psychologically.

I can argue that, this method is one method that can be used and maybe it is true that it can cure sick people, but not necessarily every disease can be cured with Rajah or Ruqyah treatment methods.
According to the growing belief that many people still carry out this ancient healing activity, sometimes they do Rajah using mineral water that has been provided for the tattoo. Meanwhile, the mineral water that has been tattooed must be drunk in one glass 3 times a day or 2 times a day.
¿Can you explain some of the elements they used at that time? What is the special use of each?
As I have mentioned, for this Rajah treatment method, it is done by using or reading verses from the holy Koran and praying to patients who are sick.
And then by using mineral water deliberately in Rajah, so that the water becomes medicine for sick patients to drink so they can recover. This is what the ancient traditional healers of Aceh did and used to cure diseases.

When a patient comes in complaining of pain, these traditional healers tell the patient to lie down or sit in front of them so that they can read verses from the Koran, and the reading is not to make a loud noise, just someone whispering and blowing all over the patient's body. verse by verse was read.

Initially, this patient must introduce himself so that it is easy to recognize the type of disease and the problems he is experiencing, so that those who treat him can easily plan the treatment.
At the end of this ancient treatment, the patient must prepare a bottle of mineral water to be tattooed, and it is believed that the mineral water that has been tattooed will be very effective in curing suffering patients.

The Rajah method of healing seems to be very popular. I didn't know until you explained that Rajah is an ancient method is used to cure illnesses by reading verses of the Koran.
This practice is also practiced on my country by the Muslim community. I also read a friend's entry from Pakistan and he also mentioned the same thing.
I totally understand when you said the reading is not to make loud noise because I have witnessed this practice first hand.
