First of all, because it is very cold in winter, you have to be very careful, such as wearing warm clothes, using hot water for drinking, and using hot water for bathing, and Wear layers of loose-fitting, lightweight, warm clothing, and a hat when going outside. A warm hat should be used Consuming all these things can save you from getting sick in winter. In winter, you people should consume mostly warm and healthy foods, so that your internal body temperature is also normal. Most of the warming foods in winter are root vegetables, fish, eggs, nut butter, peanuts, sweet potatoes, chicken, and rice etc. As far as local and artificial food is concerned, local food is very good fresh and very rare. But it doesn't mean that artificial food is not good but it is also good and it compensates the lack of local food.

Remember to drink at least 64 ounces of water each day to keep your skin supple and flush out dryness. Treat your skin with care too. Avoid strong soaps, shave carefully, use warm water instead of cold water and pat your skin. Hot water and strong soaps can strip away the oils that your skin desperately needs to stay healthy. Common cold It is one of the most common winter ailments, and most of us ignore it. Although we are right to a point, if this common cold or infection does not subside in two to four days, we should contact our doctor immediately. The common cold can affect anyone, but children and the elderly are more susceptible to the disease.
