Hello fellow steemians,accept special greetings from this end of globe .Once more welcome to my blog for this week 5 engagement.I will be sharing my my thoughts focused on the topic given “The four main factors of health”.

When we talk about health it entails many aspect in humans based on physical activities, what we consume as food or fruits in the body.What are the major activities we carry out to make sure we maintain our good health .There is a saying which goes “health is wealth”.It’s always the dream of everyone to be strong and healthy,by avoiding visiting the hospital for health issues.Permits me to share my thoughts based on the guidelines questions given below 👇 .

What do you eat to stay healthy?How can you improve your diets?

In life we come across many varieties of foods which are so tasteful in the mouth for one to consume.I think for my priority is always to eat foods that have nutritional value in my in my body .Most of the time I eat alots of fruits to to stay healthy, fresh and strong.fruits such as pawpaw, pineapple, watermelon etc.

Also, I find more pleasure consuming food which are less fatty .Majority of the time I love eating much vegetable like salad,Huckleberry with less fufu .Also fish , meat for it protein which plays a premodial role in our body system.Huckleberry is one the most favorite vegetables I consumed on daily basis too. All these I make I eat at the right time and avoiding to eat at late hours too.

However, to improved on my diet, I take precautions of what I consumed.Most foods are sold in the market. The method of production is very bad and toxic to our health because of the chemicals spread which is dengerous to our health. I have been a victim going to the hospital serval time because I consumed vegetables produce with much chemicals .I think if we can produce some the foods by ourself it will be good because we will be sure of what we are consuming.

What is your sleeping pattern and how can you improved it ?

For now I don’t have a stable sleeping pattern.The is at times I don’t even sleep a day up to 5 hours due to a lot of commitments.I am a married woman with two kids.At the same time am a student and committed to at my jobsite.I find myself with too many commitments.

My focused for now is to take care of kids and build a strong solid career for myself.I find myself in a country where if you want to succeed you need be hardworking and skillful .When my children will be able to take of theirselves I will have enough rest and sleeping pattern.For now I only sleep when I feel tired it can be during day or night in some few hours 3 to 6hrs depending on the workload I have at a particular day.

what are your daily exercise do you need to do more ?

At first I was always doing physical sport or walk but for now due to commitments and my time time table schedule .I have no time to this again .Most of the time now I try to cover my work load at my jobsite and studies , do some house chores and take care of my kids .At times find no chance for physical exercise.

Not withstanding,I think I need more excercise for myself.I will try to adjust my daily time time table active to fits in physical excercise for myself because it is very important .To keep the body fits all the time .

what do you do for mental fitness?

I earlier mentioned I have a lot of commitment now but I believe it will never remain the same .At times when I to maintain my mental fitness I decide to listen to music and sing or my kids and I will always play together in the house and laugh .This make to release my mental stress during day and keep my mind fits.

Also, I creates time time to hangout with trusted friends or visit them.Talking to them or discussing makes me relax .Sharing ideas or problems together at the end of the day .There most be a solution to that problem.Just speaking to them keep your mental fitness.

Fruits are essential friends to maintain a healthy diet and more when they are consumed in the morning hours, vegetables and salads ideal for not consuming so much fat.

She has many commitments as a mother, wife and other duties, but sleeping at least 8 hours is necessary because not having a good rest pattern can affect her health at any time.

Walking is a good friend for our health and we must do it even for half an hour a day, either in the morning or in the afternoon.

You are right dear friend , that why I earlier said , I need to reschedule my activities to seriously include activities that can keep my body fitness
