Hello my dear Steemians,

 

Today I wanted to write for this contest that is running by @aaliarubab, here is the link if you are also interested:

My diet

 

My diet has its routine, I am keeping it in two parts, one is for working day and another for weekend.

My working day is usually busy and it starts with tea with a bit of milk and that is all. I know many may think that breakfast is the most important meal of the year but no, it is not. Our body does not require much energy in the morning and need to wake up and be ready for the day. Coffee or tea helps to wake up.

My meal I have at 1PM and that is usually some chicken fillet or maybe soup but I try to avoid bread and toast.

Later on my dinner at 5PM and that is the main meal proper meat and some vegetables or potato or noodles.

No meal after 6PM and till next day 12 or 1PM

On weekend we have breakfast but it is at about 8 or 9 AM and then the next only at 3PM

 

The medicines or vitamins you take, if any

 

I do not take any medicine, luckily I do not need any and also I do not like to take Vitamins as such but prefer fresh fruits and vegetables, herbs and spices. Maybe later when I am older I will take some but not at this stage.

 

The water you drank

 

I prefer sparkling mineral water, usually very simple that we can buy in supermarket, it is locally produced from Scottish water, often they have sources in Highland and it has minerals while water naturally filters through the underground.

I drink about a litre of such water a day, because the rest I usually have from fruits, my favourite are grapes, some apples and of course tea and coffee.

The exercise you did

 

Now towards Christmas time I decided to do more workout for abdominal wall muscles, you know yourself that it is commonly the area of our body that often becomes weak and also where we have easily fat deposits.

I do everyday after I am back home for 15 minutes exercises for upper, lower and lateral or side wall muscles. On weekend then I spend about 1 hours each Saturday and Sunday. I hope that will help me to get back my strong tummy muscles. I will see how it will be by end of December, till now I am very disciplined and follow my strict exercises plan.

What you did to relax

 

To relax like to go to our park, it is a big park with many ever green trees and it is always there is nice smell of needles of pine trees. I usually go for 30 minutes a day, we have a little lake there and also many benches so that I can have a sit and just think about nothing. Sometimes I take a book but almost never able to read it, just starting beginning but then leave it.

Depending on the weather and if it is raining then O prefer to simple have a nice foamy bath. It is funny that sometimes when I am in water and tired, I almost fall asleep in water, that is why I am taking bath before going to bed, because that is the best sleep after that.

 

The pain or tiredness you felt, etc.

 

*I do not suffer from pain, but often I feel tired and even if it is about 8PM I could fall asleep on sofa while watching television. The best then simply go to bed and enjoy sleep. Only after healthy sleep I feel myself recharged and ready for my day.
