Heat stroke is a serious medical condition that occurs when the body is overheats, typically in hot and humid environments. It can also be life-threatening if not treated promptly.
There are some symptoms include in heat stoke.

High body temperature
Excessive sweating
Muscle cramps
Rapid heartbeat etc.

What are heat stroke causes?

Heat stroke is serious medical problem which occurs when a body gets too hot and can't cool itself. This can be caused due to the following reason.

When you stay in the sun or hot weather for a very long time.
When you wear heavy or dark clothing that traps the heat inside.
When you don't drink enough water to stay hydrated in a day.
When you have a medical condition that affects your body ability to regulate temperature.
When you take certain Medicine that increase your risk highly of heat stroke.

Write 2 preventions of heat stroke.

Here are four more preventions of heat stroke:

Wearing light cloth.

Wear loose fitting, lightweight, and light colored clothing that allows for good airflow and helps reflect the sun's rays and didn't trapped the heat inside. We need to use a whit cloth because it reflect the 80℅ of the sun rays.

Here are two preventions of heat stroke:

Stay Hydrated.

Drink plenty of water or other cold drink before, during, and after physical activity or exposure to heat. We need to drink at least 8-10 glasses of water per day. Water is very essential to regulate the body temperature. water helps us alote to maintain our body temperature

Have you any attack of heat stroke in your life?

Yes one day heat stoke attack on me. I in 2022 I was playing cricket during afternoon in a summer season. There were too much heat which cause to increase my body temperature.
During playing cricket if fell dazing and blood start coming from my nose. I went directly toward the water and put water on my head for a 10 minutes. After 10 minutes the blood is stop from my nose.
After that I didn't play cricket during high temperature.
