What is Malaria?

Malaria is a serious disease which is caused by mosquito bites which are infected. What are the three symptoms of malaria explain it.

Among many symptoms of this major disease. Among all of these three symptoms are discussed in detail in below –

1. High Fever :– High fever is the most noticeable symptom of the disease malaria. Having malaria in our body the temperature of our body is become much higher than normal. When an infected mosquito bites our body then the germs of Malaria come into our body and invade our red blood cells. It multiplies and spreads out into our body then our immune systems fight with the infection and due to this battle with our inner body the temperature increases. When we have a high fever in our body it feels warm to our skin when it is being touched. High fever makes our body

feel tired, weak and it lasts for several days. This fever stays for several hours and is also repeated in the cycle. The repeating fever can lead us to dehydration and exhausted our body. This is the first sign of this serious disease malaria. So we have to pay attention to recognizing this symptom and get medical help as early as possible. Getting proper medical treatment in the early stage of malaria helps our bodies early recover.

2. Muscle Pain and Fatigue :– When the parasites destroy our red blood cells as a result it reduces oxygen and energy in the body. Due to this, our body can feel weak, sore, and feeling extremely tired. When the infection spreads in our body our immune systems don’t work properly. Due to this, our body is unable to produce

enough oxygen and nutrients which causes soreness and achy. Depending on how serious the infection affected our body the pain can be mild or severe. Due to this disease, our muscles feel stiff and heavy which makes a feeling of difficulty in time of moving. It usually affects our arms, legs, and back. Even after resting the body feels weak and numb. Due to this muscle pain and fatigue simple tasks of our life like walking or sitting a while can be felt very difficult.

3. Nausea and vomiting :– Nausea indicates that feeling when a body feels being forced to bring out the food or water which are in the stomach. After getting bitten by the affected mosquito the malaria infection spreads into our body and irritates our stomach and brain also. High fever is another reason of nausea and vomiting.

Due to the high fever, our body temperature becomes high and causes a feeling of uneasiness in our stomach which directly affects our stomach as well as our digestion. Frequently vomiting can lead us to lose water and minerals from our inner body which makes our body extremely weaker and sicker.

Though malaria affected us very dangerously our lives but there are a few steps which can help us reduce the impact of this disease on our lives –

1. We should sleep under a mosquito net to keep away us from the affected insects.

2. We should keep cleaning our surroundings. These mosquitoes make their home in stagnant, dirty water, waste buckets, tired, and also in ponds.

4. Mosquito repellent spray should be applied regularly in every area where mosquito infestation is high. We must aware the inhabitants about malaria and its dangerous effects.

5. The government should also run various public awareness campaigns to prevent malaria. In addition, teams should monitor the cleanliness of each and every area throughout the country.
