The Most Common Types of Allergies

Allergy — the immune system overreaction to a common foreign substance that is actually benign. Here are the common types of allergies:

  1. Because, Dust & Pollen Allergies resulting from dust mites or plant's pollen due in sneezing with watery eyes.

  2. Food Allergies — Reactions to a variety of foods (nuts, milk, eggs and so on)

  3. Drug Allergies — The body's reaction to specific drugs, (example) antibiotics (penicillin)

  4. Insect Sting Allergies- may lead to swelling, itchiness or anaphylaxis

  5. (Animal) Veterinary skin disease -- The result of fur or a protein in animal saliva.

  1. Itchy skin and rashes – You commonly see itching, red rashes or swelling of the skin in allergic reactions.

  2. IN GENERAL Respiratory Symptoms – Sneezing, stuffy nose or breathlessness because of a nut extract, dust or pollen.

  3. Digestive Diseases: Nausea, vomiting or diarrhea is common with food allergies.

Prevent an Allergy Attack

Avoid Triggers – As you are aware of what causes your allergies, try to avoid getting in contact with it directly.

Staying Clean — Rub your hands and wash with soap, rotate your sheets frequently, vacuum or wash your carpet to lessen allergens.

Antihistamines – If you have sneezing colds even mild allergies.
