Personally i don't that i have fall in this condition but some time when something make me worried and cause of anxiety i eat sweets that's are high in calories. But i didn't think before it is a stress eating and i eat sweet because of my stress level and my anxiety condition. I think that i like sweet food so, i eat them but nope it is due to stress and anxiety. So, here is my experience of stress eating that i didn't know before this challenge.
