When I read in the Bible about what the Ministry of Jesus Christ was like on earth, I imagine the worldwide social impact that this movement would have had if today's technology existed at that time, surely the news, social networks and media were saturated with so many events of miracles and surprising things that Jesus Christ performed.
Nowadays we do not look at any of that in the news or social networks, at least not as something that is causing an impact worldwide, on the contrary the bad news if it has been noticed in the last decade and this one that is just beginning which is the opposite of what is mentioned in the first paragraph.
One would immediately wonder, has his ministry gone with Jesus Christ when he ascended to heaven?
All the content that a few months ago I began to address seeks to reach the answer to this question because it is not what Jesus Christ said would happen. To understand a little it is necessary that we analyze some important moments in the scriptures that throw us the clues about a great fact that many do not know about this ministry.
Before we begin I pray to God the Father in the Name of Jesus Christ so that through his Holy Spirit He may make us understand His word on the deepest possible level so that we may be built up in the truth.
Now let's make a sequence of certain events that occurred over time based on the information we have to try to fully understand an important question about the Ministry of Jesus Christ.
We will begin by reviewing what we know about how things were at the beginning trying to put together the different pieces that are given to us to put together a puzzle.
For the Gospel according to St. John chapter 1 we will change the word "Word" to its equivalent meaning "Jesus Christ", then we read:
- In the beginning he was jesus christ, and jesus christ was with God, and jesus christ was God.
I think it is so clear that there is not much to explain, however it is worth noting that Jesus Christ was from the beginning with a form of Deity along with other forms of Deity that are not described in this text but makes it clear that Jesus Christ was accompanied by God (he was with God or existed with God).
So I have Jesus Christ as Word and as God as I read, so I could replace the word Jesus Christ with God, however I cannot replace the word God with Jesus Christ because it has been pointed out the existence of other beings that can be described as God, so to make such a replacement we must be sure that we do it with the right person.
We continue reading until verse 3 of the same chapter to discover without disguise how Jesus Christ is given the credit of being the creator:
- All things for him were made, and without him nothing that has been made was made.
But this may be something strong and debatable for some, so let's use more arguments to make more solid the fact that Jesus Christ is the one who has created all things.
In chapter 1 of Paul's letter to the Colossians we can find the following text about Jesus Christ:
- For in him were created all things, those in heaven and those on earth, visible and invisible; be thrones, be dominions, be principalities, be powers; everything was created through him and for him. And he is before all things, and all things in him subsist;
But there is still another reference to clear all doubt about Jesus Christ as Creator of everything and more than a reference this passage declares much about the Power of Jesus Christ, it is chapter 1 of the book of Hebrews from which I will only take some fragments of things that are said about Jesus Christ:
- God, having spoken many times and in many ways in another time to the fathers by the prophets, in these last days has spoken to us for the Son, whom he constituted heir of all, and for whom he also made the universe;
Well, it says that God (one who is not Jesus Christ) made the universe through Jesus Christ, this may sound confusing but if we read a little later in the same chapter we will find this God saying the following to Jesus Christ:
Your throne, O God, for the century of the age;
Scepter of equity is the scepter of your kingdom.9 You have loved righteousness, and hated wickedness,
Wherefore you were anointed by God, your God,
With oil of joy more than your peers.
10 AND:
You, O Lord, in the beginning founded the earth,
And the heavens are the work of your hands.
Now yes, it is clearly defined that IN THE BEGINNING Jesus Christ founded the earth and created the Heavens, so we can go to the first chapter of Genesis and replace the word God god that describes the founding God with the word Jesus Christ which would leave the following text.
- In the beginning Jesus Christ created the heavens and the earth. 2 And the earth was disordered and empty, and darkness was upon the face of the abyss, and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters.
Now we are where we wanted to go with a clear vision of the panorama, it is the beginning of Creation and this Jesus Christ with the instructions to create, remember that we read God through Jesus Christ made the universe, so that God gave the instructions to Jesus Christ about creation and then Jesus Christ executed these instructions creating all things for himself (everything was done by him and for him).
But notice something important: and the Spirit of God moved upon the face of the waters
So, from THE BEGINNING the Spirit of God existed and was with Jesus Christ and although no details of his function during creation are given I am sure that his mention in this text is not there in vain which we will check later.
Thank you for having read this far, may God continue to bless your life and that of your loved ones, keep you from all danger and always put bread on your table.

I'm new to this forum, but I just had to chime in on this post. I totally agree that if Jesus Christ's ministry happened today with all the technology we have, it would be all over the news and social media. But you know what? It's still making an impact today, just maybe not in the way we expect.I recently discovered a church that talks about God and loves in a way that really resonated with me. They have some great resources on their website, too, like articles and videos that really delve into the teachings of Jesus Christ. Check it out if you're interested: https://firstchurchlove.com. As for your question about whether Jesus Christ's ministry ended when he ascended to heaven, I don't think it did. The impact of his teachings and miracles is still being felt today, and people are still being inspired by him.
