I hope you are doing fantastic. In this blog, I'll share how we can boost immunity naturally.

During this corona pandemic, we heard that people took immunity booster food. Our immune systems prevent us from getting colds, flu or other seasonal diseases. So, we can add some fruits or vegetables to our diet that boost our immunity naturally.

I have make a list of 7 natural immunity booster foods.

1. Citrus Fruit
The fruit which contains Vitamin C. Vitamin C helps in increase the production of white cell in blood. During Corona pandemic people consume Vitamin C tablet. The best any easy source is lemon. Just squeeze lemon in your daily food. It's make tasty and improve your immunity. Grapefruit, Oranges, Pineapple also the Vitamin C contain food.

2. Paprika
Paprika contains more than twice of Vitamin C as compare to citrus food. It also contain beta carotene. Vitamin C also makes your skin healthy and carotene makes your eyes and skin healthy.

3.Broccoli
You may see that lots of gym enthusiast eat Broccoli. It contains Vitamin A, C and E. It also contain antioxidants and fiber. It is one of the healthiest vegetable. You can add in you diet.

Garlic is used globally in almost every dish. Garlic can also be used to boost one's immune system. It enhances the flavor of the food while also being beneficial to your health. Garlic can aid in the reduction of low blood pressure and artery hardening. Garlic contains sulfur-containing chemicals called allicin, which have anti-inflammatory benefits.

5.Ginger
Ginger has anti-inflammatory properties, which can assist with sore throats and other inflammatory disorders. Ginger can also aid in nausea relief.
Ginger creates heat in the form of gingerol, a relative of capsaicin, which is used in many desserts. According to current research, ginger can aid with chronic pain relief and has cholesterol-lowering qualities, as well as strengthening the body's immunity.
