All steemit friends, good luck always for you all wherever you are....

Trying to follow a challenge that certainly makes the imagination to write again is called back, even though the writing that I wrote, I have many things that need to be improved to become better writing. The challenge is about a challenge that is very worthy to be followed by active steemians as for the challenge from this very great community, namely: "Steemit Engagement Challenge S3:W4 - Three things I'd change about myself, and three things I'd keep ?".

To take part in the challenge that discusses the personal self of the steemians which of course is a thing of course very useful for the steemians themselves. For me, I also try to share some that become a reference for steemians in interacting with the work environment and living environment, of course there are things that need to be maintained and there are things that need to be improved. This is something that every individual has as a social being.

For things that you would like to change

This is something that must be changed immediately, especially now as a leader of an elementary school educational institution within the education and culture department of the North Aceh district, Aceh.

• Confident

Confidence in self-ability that must be changed, especially about some of the abilities that already exist above average, based on the assessment of the people in the environment where I work, even according to them there is nothing to doubt about my level of ability in various fields. But I think that my confidence needs to be changed immediately this is related to the pattern of leadership. Moreover, where I work, there are more seniors who are experienced in leading an agency.

• Satisfaction with work results

Satisfaction with work results is a concern for me, this I feel quickly satisfied with the results of my work, which in fact this can still be improved. In the world of work that I am involved in, being satisfied with the results of my work is the main thing that still needs to be changed so that in the future this reads me to a success which is certainly supported by maximum work results.

• Social care

This is one of the things that becomes a capital for us when we are in the community, this can make someone better at doing a social interaction that is really needed for us to live side by side with other people. So this has become a major concern for my life journey as a social being.

Although in the world of steemit I am involved in various social activities both in visiting disaster victims even though the place is far from the location where I live.

These are three very important things that I need to change so that as a social being I can continue to increase my potential to become a better leader in the future.

For things that you would like to keep

The things that need to be maintained in living a life in society and as a leader in elementary schools are:

• High motivation.

In the work that I do this is a very important thing to note, because without high motivation we will never achieve a success. surely this sense of motivation can not be separated from the sense of optimism that success is always with us. Without motivation, it will be difficult to achieve success.

• High sense of optimism.

Why is optimism very important to me, this is because without a high sense of optimism to achieve a success it will be very difficult to even say that what we do will be in vain. For that a sense of optimism is needed in this life.

-Time discipline

In addition to the two things above, what I need to maintain is time discipline in doing a job, learning from experience that procrastinating is a bad thing. With this principle, all work will be completed in a timely manner so that no time is wasted.

From some of the things that I have described, each of us must be able to do our best, because in this life if we cannot take advantage of an opportunity by referring to that while there is still an opportunity, then take advantage of the opportunity by increasing motivation with optimism supported by time discipline.
