Payes is a dish that Bengalis want to have in the 'Thirteenth Festival of Twelve Months'. Moreover, Payes is considered to be a tradition cherished by the Bengalis for a long time. Due to which the Bengalis want to have payas in any auspicious occasion. Payes must be on a happy day like the birthday of both Hindu and Muslim communities of Bengalis. Moreover, in the worship of the Hindu community, as a delicacy of the deity, or at the end of a meal in the house of an ordinary householder, there must be a little bit of sweet taste. The taste-color-smell of Payes is so mind boggling that Payes has become a part of our folk culture from time to time. The sweet taste of condensed milk will be remembered for the rest of his life. So sweet pies are another name on my list of very favorite foods that make you feel good.
