It seems like a long time since my last jogging activity. I think it was before pandemic (2019) and even though I ride bike, I still gain weight and fat because of my unhealthy lifestyle. I tend to overeat after a long ride especially sweets and milk tea. I also began to consume a lot of lattes. It's kind of stress eating for me, although biking is my stress reliever.
I also find it hard to exercise and do workouts alone because I have no motivation. I am used to workout inside a gym where I can see other people doing the same thing, or somebody to instruct me.
And now, thank goodness, I met a new friend who also wants to some exercises like this. Tonight marks our first night of cardio exercise. We jogged almost 6 kilometers for an hour. It is so satisfying and fun. I am looking forward to more and consistent workouts !!!!!
