This pitha is called by different names in different places. But in our rural areas it is called nuniya pitha. This pitha is made in our country when guests come home. This pitha is mainly made with coconut. But many people make it with meat.

The name of this traditional pitha of rural Bengal varies from place to place. It looks yellow at first. Because it requires flour to make it. This flour is boiled in hot water. And what is prepared there with chillies and turmeric and various spices. Then it can be made in different ways with coconut inside, meat or whatever.

It looks very nice. Many people re-design the issue. But I like the pita very well. Very tasty to eat. So this matter is entertained with it only when people come as guests to people's houses in rural Bengal.

I like it very well. It is very delicious to eat and it seems that if someone eats it for the first time, they will fall in love with the pie. Because it is very tasty to eat more.

It takes some time to build something. As it is fried in oil, I think it is inappropriate to eat it in excess. Because fried with oil, eating more of which does a little more harm than good to the body. But if it is prepared in a healthy way, it will be very tasty and healthy.

I hope everyone comments on how my blog is written. Today I have discussed a traditional dish of our village Bengal. Hope everyone likes it. Wishing everyone good health. Everyone will be fine.

Thank you everyone @ashdullah
