Since as we all know, Gina Bot has been solely for Hive Blockchain now, and for some reason, I do only receive mention notifications from Dyno Bot, so I thought of creating one that could satisfy my needs on the notifications here in the Steem Blockchain.
I first started to build the bot in discord but since I currently have so many communities I could hardly differentiate the notifications sent by the bot and the other group notifications. And so I decided to build it with Telegram.
So what can my bot currently do?
- Stream notifications of upvotes, downvotes, and votes removed.
- Check a user profile
- Check current vote value
I built the bot with node so that it will be robust and could handle many processes along the way as I develop it more, I am also thinking of adding more and more features to it. But as of now, it is pretty much functional already. If you do have suggestions, write me in the comments below and I'll try to implement that out on the initial release.
