In our economic situation today it is difficult for a family without a stable income from a stable job of any of the family member especially parents nowadays.

Just like this man, a father, and a rice porridge vendor. He utilized his newly loaned motorcycle to sell lugaw or rice porridge. This kind of action is very practical to support their daily needs.

Just this month he started coming to our place to sell lugaw and our neighbors starts buying as well. It was like after a week I discovered about his business when one of nieces came to the house and offer a cup of lugaw to my child. I was hesitant at first to feed my child because I am very picky in terms of Eva's food. I make sure that I know how it was prepared.

Then I went to see my self and buy for my husband and daughter and for me as well. Surprisingly our neighbors flock to the lugaw place. No wonder because the lugaw he made and also chocolate porridge is extremely tasty and very affordable. We can buy 5 php or 0.36 steem and 10 php or 0.72 steem. Though its affordable but the ingredients especially boiled eggs are plenty. In every cup there's always a small piece of eggs. It's nutritious as well for it has carrots and cabbage on it plus eggs.

Every day this lugaw vendor gain new costumers. He has good costumers as well to share good news to others to help him make a good business every time he come to visit in our community. He usually come between 6:30 am to 7:30 in the morning and will come back in the afternoon around 4:30 pm to 5:30pm. He doesn't make a lot of business in the morning because someone people woke up late and others just don't eat early.

This man is an encouragement to every young people and even those with age in our place who doesn't want to work and earn. A lot of them in here who just like being a bystanders and seems like content with passing a day of not being productive.
