Diary Game: My Excitement in My Daughter's Dedication Day

I have been overwhelmed when I first saw my baby. I said to myself that I am now a legit father. I know its God's grace that help her survive in her mother's womb that is why I will dedicate my child to the Lord as what other people of God do.

Before the big day, we decided to have a pictorial first as a remembrance to our little family when my daughter gets old she can see it.
I wanted to see every move she makes but I need to work to cater her needs. When I have time out from work, I make sure to bond with her.

The dedication of my daughter was held in our little church in Mandaue. With her 12 ninong and ninang she is successfully dedicated to the Lord. Her mother carried her for nine months inside but now that she is out, I wanted to carry her as much as I can. I wanted her to feel how she was loved by me even I am not her first skin contact.

The dedication was successfully accomplished. As a thanksgiving we invited her 12 sponsors in our small reception held in Tess Lechon together with our family and friends. We have a small gathering with small food trays, but I thank God everyone was served. The good thing is, we still have food that we bring at home.

After the event and reception, we go home tired but happy for our daughter. I am also excited to see her gifts from her ninang and ninong. My wife @jes88 helped her in opening the gift and took pictures so when she grows old she will see it.
