When you are born, a mother was born,too

I was in labor from 3:49am to 2:00pm last thursday, July 23. I was rushed at the birthing place at 8:30am with 4cm cervix dilation. The pain is already uncontrollable but the midwife instructed me to go home or have a walk. I told them that I will stay because I cannot control it now. So they let me stay with my husband. I do some pregnancy ball exercise and eat pineapple s,too. Until the pain is constant and unbearable at 11am. I need my husband to massage my back to ease a little pain but it becomes more painful. They check on me but still 7cm cervix dilated. They let me take a tablet called Evening Prime Rose and it feels effective because as the pain grows, the cervix open widely. At 2:00 pm I am already 9cm, and thanks to my OB-Gyne she popped the water bag and I immediately ready for delivery. The pain of labor was changed to the struggle in breathing. I have consumed my energy to labor pain that is why i have shortage in breathing but I continued praying. I carefully listened to the instructions, until 2:44pm, the baby is out.

The pain is incomparable. But when I saw the baby, its feels like heaven. This is our first family picture after my delivery. I immediately released the placenta with the help of my OB-Gyne, and she immediately stitches my vagina. I have rested on the recovery room and my husband @jaofran took care of me, like feeding me and give me some medicines. After 2 hours, I immediately transfered to our private room to be with my child and to continue my rest.

As a mother, I don't want to be failed in feeding my child. I tried my best to give her the best milk even though it feels like a thousand needle pin in my breast.

I have only limited time as my adjustment to motherhood, but I am trying to insert steemit in my daily schedule. This is my daughter, who will be part of my steemit journey, and soon in the future steemit.

With my whole family, we will pursue steemit, I invite my husband @jaofran to go back steeming and to my other family members @georgie84 @sweetspicy @steemitcebu. Together, we will steem.
