My Vegetable Recipe : Adobong Gulay by @jessmcwhite | #Club5050

How are you everyone,mga ka steemians!😃😀

Have you read already the steemitph-contest well if you have not read it then it's time for you to know that the weeks contest is all about "MY VEGETABLE RECIPE"

And here i am joining this Contest it has two entry to submit but for me this is my first entry to submit.and will last On August 06,2022

It's vege time! Hehe

Early this Morning,my mother said you go to your tita and buy some vegetables for our lunch.
And after our breakfast,i have arrived already to my tita's house so that i can buy already vegetables and also i bring two gallons to bring water too,it was double purpose and so on.

As i go to to my tita's house she said that let me see if there's more to harvest since her neighbour yesterday buy also a string beans in their house and thank goodness there's a few that she harvested and since it's few she added a eggplant,1 okra and alugbati.

So i am so glad that i have many different vegetables to cook for our lunch coz vege is my favorite of all.

Didn't thinking of about the challenge while I'm asking to kuya @wendyll about the challenge i remember that this is it I'm going to make it as my First entry and that's it.

As i arrived at home,i see there's no ingredients i can use for my recipe and that's why i buy my ingredients:

Here are the ingredients:

  • Onion
  • Garlic
  • Soy sauce
  • A little bit of Cooking oil
  • Vetsin

We have already a cooking oil and it's timing coz it's a little bit,and that's what I'm looking for,a little bit of oil is just for the onion and garlic in order for them to cook.

And here are the procedures how to do it:

First thing first Heat the frying pan and wait for a few seconds as it were heated already

When it is already hot then put a little bit of salt and then put the garlic and onion.
(The purpose of the salt is in order not to burn the garlic and onions)

Third thing to do is put the string beans in the pan and put a little bit of water to cook the string beans and put the cover of the pan and wait for a few seconds to cook

Next let's put the eggplant and wait also for a few seconds and so on for the alugbati and after all vege is done adding to the pan then it's time for the soy sauce to put and after the soy sauce let's add a little bit of vetsin so it taste yummy 🤤

And cover it again and wait for the last part of our cooking session hehe.

After while, let's taste it if the taste is okay and no need to add more.

So as i tasted it, it was yum yum and i couldn't wait to eat my stomach is starving ahahah.

And for the last part let's eat guys It's time to put it in the table so that we can eat our lunch!

You know it is really yummy even in this simple recipe, it is good for the health.

It's fresh vegetables and I can't say anything to it all i can say that it was good for my taste and also i forgot .
If i am going to cook it is always half cook I don't like overcooked and that's all for my cooking sessions hope you learn something unique here and thanks for reading my blog post for today!
