The Diary Game:Season 3 (01-19-2022) “My Winter Blues”

As the sun rises the snow also starts to melt now and it gives nothing but danger!

It's been a while since the winter season started and this time the temperature begun to rise to cause the snow to melt all over our backyard and streets. As I was walking early morning on my way to the convenience store to have some food, the road was very slippery. I was almost out of balance and split off. This is very dangerous for both cars and pedestrians. Form our apartment it only takes 15 minutes to walk but during these days, the time it takes almost doubled. Though I was wearing shoes for snow, I was still not confident. It reminds me of my injury last year wherein I slipped, that caused my right hand's injury. The more it is dangerous when it rains, as the roads will be slipperier.

You might see in other pictures and blogs that there are people who love snow, but behind those photos are the hidden winter blues. That is why most of my Japanese friends don't like winter time. Some of them will go for a vacation in other countries to escape winter season. I am also very uncomfortable during this season. It seems that my body is too heavy because I can not do my morning jog and I feel lazy going to the gym. And if I'll stay longer outside, my lips will crack, and I can feel the pain on both hands and ears.

Anyway, spring is coming months from now. This time the season is neither too hot nor too cold. Finally, I will be freed from wearing those heavy coats.

So, after those slippery roads, my injury, and the pain I've been through that I shared with you, will you still like winter?😂 (just kidding). Well, I know that beyond those awful experiences of mine there are still a lot of reasons to enjoy this season.
