Assalamu Alaikum Steem's Friends. How are you all? Greetings to all of you. May Allah protect us all from evils and bless us all with health and wellness Aameen. Wealth Aameen. My today's diary is about my daily activity. Now days routine is same because of Ramadan. We can't sleep whole night because sehri is end 3:29 AM in the morning and after that prayers. Kids school time after that I sleep on and off. Today I am sharing two recipes with you all one is for morning an egg recipe we usually eat at sehri time and other one is for iftar time .

Sehri Breakfast:

It's easy to make ingredients are simple too.

  • In a pan heat oil saute onion one small size add tomato one medium chopped 2,3 green chillies.

  • Add salt, red chilli flakes, Turmeric powder and mix well.

  • Add eggs and little water cover and cook fo 5 minutes until eggs cooks well. Sprinkle some dey fenugreek leaves you can mash it too or eat it as it is.

Iftar Yogurt Fritters:

These fritters we say it dahi bhalay we usually eat at iftar time. It's too easy to make. Ingredients are simple too.

  • Soaked one cup of white urad Lentils in water at least one an hour.

  • In a blender add soaked lentil, one TSP salt, one tsp red chilli flakes, half tsp baking powder, one garlic clove with a little water make a smooth paste.

  • Now fry small fritters in preheated oil in low flame until it turns golden take out and soaked them in water. After 10 minutes press with light hands and squeeze the water.

  • In a dish add heavy Cream, Yogurt, milk, sugar, chat maslaa and whisk well.

  • soaked fritters in prepared yogurt and add some onion slices garnish with green sauce and tamarind sauce and chaat maslaa keep them in fridge.

That's all my day spend now days always thinking about food making I hope you like my today's routine and like my diary . I am taking tea while writing this post and I have some left house work sayonara till then.
