Good day to all of us..

I posted already this kind of recipé but it was a simple dish I made that time. Today let me share the other recipé about banana blossom or banana heart. Even I, I quietly surprised about my Father told me by cooking this, according to him it needs to sauted first before Adding the coconut milk. I never tried to cook just like that method.

So He shared how to cook it and I am very impressed the method on how to cook this kind of dish. This is very suitable to our latest contest here in our community.

There are only few Ingredients and these are;

  • Heart of Banana or Banana blossom
  • Coconut milk

👉 Ginger can also give a good smell of the food we cook and it helps to removed any bad smell of the food. Just add the ginger in the boiled banana blossom.

👉 Next, add the coconut milk or gata in Local term. Mix it very well again. After mixing, covered it for 20 minutes and after that, add the right amount of salt and if you have chilli, it is good to add also. Wait until it will cook.

There was a small portion and or methods on how to cook the dish and I am very happy to know this taught by my Father.
