MOTORCYCLE ROADTRIP FROM QUEZON CITY TO MINDANAO

Good Day!

This is our adventure roadtrip last year,July 2021, with my hubby Renie,my sister Myra her husband Jong, my nephew Owa and my niece Nona- Myra and Jong's kids.

A five (5) days travel from Batasan Hills,Quezon City going to Solar,Olutanga, Zamboanga, Sibugay (Jong's Hometown)using Motorcycle Two (2) Honda XRF 150Cc and a Big Bike Honda 500 cc ,as our mode of transportation.

We are at Petron Gasoline Station- Batasan Hills, - refuelling our motorcycle engine ,checking of brakes and tires ready for a long ride adventure.

We are all very excited because it is our first time to travel a 1800 Kilometer far using motorcyle.Travelling by motorcycle is the best way to explore a place.It is more fun riding a motorcycle because you can do whatever you want ,like capturing the beautiful pictures along the road,eating somewhere you want ro eat. Stop as often as you want and the most important one is you can pee when you want to pee.

Marilaque (Marikina, Rizal, Laguna, Quezon) a
Motorcyle Riders and Mountain Bikers favorite destination because of its cooler climate and scenic view.

Quezon National Forest Park also known as Bitukang Manok Road at Atimonan, Pagbilao, Quezon. A Zigzag Road, one of the most popular roads in South Luzon.

Mount Mayon or Mayon Volcano is an active stratovolcano in the province of Albay in Bicol Region.Called the world's most perfect volcanic cone because of the symmetry of its shape.

Road trip : 2 days of driving

We are at Matnog,Sorsogon Port It is already 598 Kilometer far from Metro Manila. Matnog , is the southern most tip of Bicol and the gateway to Visayas Region.

After one hour and thirty minutes of travel from Matnog Port , Finally ,we are now in Visayas Region.
Port of Allen is a transport stop in Northern Samar.

It was quite late when we arrived at Catbalogan,Samar, We decided to stay overnight and continue our road trip the next day.While we we're resting,we went for a walk in a park just only take picture.

Road trip: 3 days of driving

Tacloban City- The San Juanico Bridge connecting the provinces of Samar and Leyte,is one of the monumental project of former President Ferdinand Edralin Marcos.The bridge total length is about 2,164 m (7100 feet)
It was dubbed as the "Bridge of Love" as the late President Ferdinand Marcos dedicated it to his wife, Imelda, who was known as the "Rose of Tacloban".It served as a birthday gift and testimonial of his love for her.

Polahongon,Mahaplag ,Leyte at 1000 kilometer.

San Ricardo Port serves the town San Ricardo in the province of southern Leyte. It caters to vessels to and from Surigao City.

Thanks God ,We are now at Mindanao Region.
Lipata Port Ferry Terminal is an entry point to Mindanao Island.
Slept overnight at our cousins house and continue our trip early in the morning.

Road trip: 4 days of driving.

Dropped by at Mapaso Wellness Resort hot spring at Mainit, Surigao Del Norte for just an hour , and continue on our fourth day adventure.

Butuan , officially known as City of Butuan, is a 1st class highly urbanized city in the region of Caraga

Claveria Road, Misamis Oriental- Love the scenic view of the mountains and trees,an amazing place

Christ The King Shrine at Brgy Samay, Gingoog City, Considered as the tallest (75 feet) statue of Jesus Christ in Asia.

Cagayan De Oro City, Known as the City of Golden Friendship in the Philippines.

Timoga, Iligan City, The City of Waterfalls.

Manticao, Misamis Oriental- My hubby's hometown.

Sumptous Dinner at Amurao Residence ( Jong's brother in law) Maranding, Lala, Lanao Del Norte. Stay overnight and proceed on our next adventure the next day.

Leaving Maranding, Lala, Lanao Del Norte and continue our adventure on the 5th day.

Road trip :5th day of travel

It is about 192.6 kilometers more before we reach our destination. Travelling through Pagadian City,Imelda,Alicia Hiway,Alicia-Mabuhay Road,Guicam Port to Hula Hula Port,Mabuhay-Olutanga Hiway and Finally , Solar,Olutanga ,Zamboanga Sibugay.

Indeed life is a beautiful ride.There have been many ups and downs.
