Hello have a good day to all steemian.Keep safe to all of us.Today is Mondy as we celebrate our National Heroes day. Our company implement no work with pay.At dahil ako ay nasa bahay lang I decided to cooked ampalaya and I freshly picked on our backyard.I found one piece bigger than the other but it seems it's more enough to make our viand for today's lunch.At ako narin mismo ang nagtanim nito.Nakuha ko sa aking Ina'y ang angking talento sa pagtatanim dahil ako ang sidekick at nakapag alaga,taga dilig kung wala si mama.At simula ng ako'y nakapag asawa mas lalong gumana ang aking hilig sa pagtatanim para presko ang gulay na makain ng mga anak ko.Maaga akung gumigising araw araw para diligan ang aking mga pananim.Meron din akung alugbati,malunggay,sitao at lemon grass hanggang diyan na muna at magsimula na tayo sa aking recipe.
Ingredients/Recipe
1pc ampalaya
2pc egg
3 cloves garlic
1 onion
1 small bowl of pork
Magic sarap
STEP 1
Saute the pork and make it untill golden brown then set aside
STEP 2
Saute the garlic and onion.
STEP 3
Put the bitter gourd together with the pork and mix well.
Cover and leave untill 5 mins but make sure that the ampalaya are halfcook. I'd like to ate crunchy.(optional)
STEP 4
Put the egg and mix well.
Wait for one minute untill it cook.
Now it's ready to serve.Ito'y aming pinagsalohan gustong gusto nila ang lasa.

Ampalaya benefits : Increase Immune system,Good for digestion,good for the skin,It help reduce cholesterol,help reduce weight loss and anti cancer.
