Hello friends there is nothing like foraged oyster mushrooms for a recipe I am making. I got very lucky for a bit of rain the other day and the perfect fallen tree in the woods. I love foraging oyster mushrooms because they are easy to identify. We often order oyster mushrooms from our local mushroom farm, so I feel very comfortable identifying that aniseed smell. The amount I harvested would cost us about 10. I cleaned them and they are ready to cook.
